Between the lines
On 17 December at 18.00 CET/19.00 EET, the Danish Cultural Institute in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania hosts the virtual literary event “Between the lines” focusing on young poets and their works and everyday lives in Denmark and Latvia.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to listen to live poetry readings by the Danish poet Frederik Drescher Kluth (b. 1996) and the Latvian poet Kaspars Zalāns (b. 1994). Afterwards, they will discuss what it is like to be a young poet in their respective countries as well as discuss their literary work and the challenges and themes that they each thematise in their poems.
